The Community Foundation for Lennox & Addington invites community members to the annual ‘Take it for Granted’ Community Grants and Scholarships Presentation
– The Community Foundation for Lennox & Addington invites members of the Lennox and Addington community to come and celebrate the Foundation’s community grant and scholarship/bursary recipients for 2023. The annual “Take it For Granted’ presentations are taking place Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Selby Community Hall, 114 Pleasant Drive, Selby, ON at 7:00 p.m.
The Community Foundation for Lennox & Addington will be distributing just over $56,600 in community grants to 19 charitable non-profit organizations in Lennox and Addington. The Charlotte Uens Scholarships totalling $52,600 will be given to 12 Napanee District Secondary School graduating students. Another $4,800 will be given to students receiving other scholarships/bursaries. This will bring our total grants to over $1,626,000 in the 36 years the Foundation has been distributing grants and scholarships.
The evening will celebrate recipients of the community grants and scholarships/bursaries receiving funding from the endowed funds within the Community Foundation for Lennox & Addington.
