Adrienne Harris Hale
Adrienne graduated from New Hampshire Hospital School of Nursing in 1977 and received a BA from Queens University in 1996. Her career included hospital, community and rehabilitation nursing and was a consultant for hospitals for specialized equipment, developed protocols and educated staff. With a background in healthcare she frequently gets asked to help people navigate the healthcare system.
Adrienne has been member of a number of Boards including Lamplighter Preschool, Seniors Outreach and L&A County General Hospital Foundation where she was Treasurer for 4 years, Vice Chair for 3 years, Chair for 3 years and Past Chair for 1 year. As Chair she was a member of all committees, as well as the Hospital Board. (non-voting).
An active volunteer at The Prince Charles School hot lunch program and assists at special events, Newburgh United Church fundraising events, the Terry Fox Run and a telephone partner for seniors who need assistance. When people need help, she helps.
Adrienne is married with two grown children who are well known in our community and three granddaughters. She enjoys watching them play sports and spending time with them. She serves as the unofficial ‘taxi driver’ for her grandkids and friends.
