David Field

Born in Eastern Ontario, current resident of Stone Mills, graduated from Queen’s University, David is a retired consulting engineer and an active antiques dealer. David’s engineering career focused on international consulting with time spent living abroad and projects in over 12 countries. He retired as a managing partner in the firm to pursue other interests. He has lived in Lennox and Addington for over 30 years and been active in local organisations – served on the board of Fairfield House Museum, the board of Friends of the Salmon River, and chaired the green community initiative for T/ECDC. International work includes Habitat for Humanity builds in seven countries. He also leads the fundraising efforts for Sc ’70 alumni at Queen’s and their annual support of the Queen’s Rocket Engineering Team.
